繼貝斯手霸天、吉他手劉逼以後，八三夭今早開心報喜，36歲的團長小橘也升格當爸，深受打動的他在社群網站報喜：「如夢似幻驚慌失措的一天，感觸感染到掌心中的溫度後，才驚覺這一切都是真的。」他透過掮客人表示兒子生日是4月3日，奶名「多多」，至於有何涵義？他笑說：「因為妻子喜好。」
他和妻子娶親近5年，是團內首位人夫，由於很喜好小孩，加上對自己的「品種」深具信念，屢次許願會起勁拚子，未料後來霸天、劉逼接踵超車，爭先他成為爸爸。如今小橘成為團內的第3位爸爸，成員都很替他高興，他提到當天有進產房陪同妻子，「過程當中心情五味雜陳，又憂郁又等候，（兒子）平生出來那刻眼淚刹時掉下來，母子均安，身體健康，感覺兒子眉毛會跟我一樣粗。」
